i asked this becaus ei dont see it as cheating...mainly because its the same as if you only want to play with 12 friends and you want to get XP by doing so...
My motto: If you can do something in a game were you dont change game files or destroy them then its not Cheating or Hacking...but thats just my way of it..

To be quite frank Yes. (my opinion of course). I actually found a definition in a slang dictionary online
Slang term- To engage in stealing, especially shoplifting or pickpocketing.
For example, two players hide and one kills the other 25 time to get a nuke. Did that guy earn the points for that? No, he hid and basically stole kills from a willing opponant.
I stand firmly against boosting and will always consider it cheating.

Well If the tearm boosting means stealing, shoplifting etc..then people can just re-name it..they dont need to call it boosting...because imo if the person is willing to let u kill him so u could get XP then thats not your fault..
BTW! I dont boost...i only have once and it was fun at first then boring..

No worries, im not accusing you of boosting. Just stating my opinion.
Even if people re-named it, its still cheating (my opinion). You can dress up a pig up fancy as you want but its still a pig. Boosting is boosting no matter what you call it.

Boosting is def 100% cheating. It ruins the leaderboards and gives people kills/wins/kill streaks that they do not deserve because they lack the skill to get it legit.

It's definitely cheating. It's also lame. You know why? Because the people that do it, do it so they can brag as if they earned something that they did not. The only thing worse than an obnoxious bragger, is an obnoxious bragger who didn't even do anything to brag about.

yes I agree with bowski it is still cheating. Its no different than a hacker changing the game like in the 10th prestige hack. Both ways the player gets a higher lvl.
The best old saying is:
