What is the best strategy on Der Riese?

I personally believe in camping at the back where the Bowie Knife is located. One person watches the cave entrance- doesn't require all that good guns- one person watches window on balcony and can provide covering fire down below- hopefully has ray gun or upgraded Colt. the other 2 people get the front: one watches the quick revive window and should probably have a combo of ray gun/wunderwaffe/mg/or browning and the last guy gets the front with raygun/browning combo and turns the electric barrier on as much as possible. For dogs, everyone goes to the back of the balcony where the box appears. In worst case scenario, if you get overrun you can teleport.

Personally thats what i think works best but it does require teamwork and communication between the players so probably not good to do with randoms.

Yea I know exactly what you're talking about but if you're camping there you have no help from an electric barrier and thus have to go thru more ammo

That's true, but we were able to make it to 31 using this strategy. And the worst part about it was that we had a horrible connection yet were still able to use it effectively.

Another very good strategy I know but haven't tried personally is camping at Juggs machine. To do this, the debris on the stairs MUST be left there, so you have to go all the way around the map and over the bridge. Two people watch the back windows in the hallway where Juggs is and the other two with hopefully Raygun/wunderwaffe/mg/browning combo watch all the zombies that come over the bridge. Another example of a choke strategy where most of the zombies are forced to run right into you.
