Daaaaaamn MacBooks should be made out of gold not aluminum......for the prices they want, sorry not tryna dog ur company but wowzers over 1k for 2g of Ram and 160g HD. I know I broke some major bread for the iPhone, but cmon it's the iPhone, and it's the only phone supported by the university of Phoenix so I needed it.

So, what makes the MacBook soooooo special that i would want
to spend that kind of money for what seems to be ANCIENT specs?

Yes, they are very expensive, but they are made with care and have top of the line Technology. The MacBook Air is the thinest laptop ever made. But, what the point is, Mac are the most reliable computers, a 1 in 1,000,000 chance that it will Crash due to Hardware or Software failure. Now if the owner does something hazardous to it, then that is a different story.

Pointers: I got a job in retail because I had good grades in school (Both High School and Currently in College) and I was involved with programs like JROTC and ROTC. Also being in Honour Club and stuff like that will help. I work in retail, so I have more pointers. Getting a Job with Apple is more of a love for Apple Computers. You still have to have experience, but you also have to have a passion. When you check out the Retail link... make sure to take a look at the Retail Introduction Video.

Does apple.com have an apple store locator? like if i put in my zip code and i can find the nearest apple store? there arent any stores that im aware of that are close to me but i would like to know if there are any retail stores within 100miles of me. so when i get older i can put an application at that store

im interested in both. Probably retail 1st then i might try for corpoate jobs after. Think that would work? thanks for the tips again

Jailbreak your Ipod and download mxtube off Cydia. It allows you to download youtube videos to your ipod. Another good app is Extended Preferences and SB settings (Also on Cydia;Jailbreak needed).

Jailbreaking voids your warranty, if your going to jailbreak you must make sure you warranty is expired..................or you dont care about the warranty coverage. I wont jailbreak my iPhone until 2011, and thats even if I do it.

lol Who cares? You can just restore the Ipod to factory settings if anything happens and it'll leave no traces that you jailbreaked it. Jailbreaking your Ipod is definitely worth it because of all the new, free stuff you can get.

Not necessarily "Illegal". But it does void the warranty, and even if you do a Factory Reset, we will be able to find out by looking at it's History... which doesn't get erased. So if your iPod Crashes because of the JailBreak, or if it gets damaged, don't come crying to us!

Well, seeing as how I can only afford one iPhone in my lifetime, ME, I care. If something happens to my iPhone under warranty, I am going to make sure that it stays covered. Jailbreaking seems pointless IMO until the warranty has expired.

Restoring doesn't hide the fact that you jailbroke it, as MajorRod just stated.

I already did buddy. Jailbroke, sent it in and got it back fixed.

I already did buddy. Jailbroke, sent it in and got it back fixed.

I seriously doubt that... Jailbreaking your iPhone (All Generations), iPod Touch (All Generations), iPod Classic, and iPod Nano (All Generation) voids the warranty ( Yes, I've heard of Jailbreaking a iPod Classic and iPod Nano). And don't call me, buddy, because I'm not your "buddy".

Why pay for something that should be free / I can get for free?

It depends on the Developer of the Application. If they decide they want to sell an app for a price, then they can do so when applying the application to the App Store. Remember, Apple does not make all the app's (close to none) and Apple does not put a price on the app's.
