Cool? Yes, to some extent. Since I work as an Apple Genius (Help people with problem that they may have with their iPhone, iPod, or Mac) it get's really annoying when you have customers that think they know everything compared to you. But it has it's benefits. I do complain about work on here and the Official Call of Duty Forums, so you may hear a few interesting stories, and then you hear me talk about how I'm about to get a glass of wine or scotch.

I've had Irish people talking like so: "I've come for you to fix me iPod"

I've had 7 year olds come in thinking they knew everything in the store inside out

I've had a guy that was high, try to hug me... (I still have nightmares!)

I've had a gay guy hit on me (Why does that bother me? I'm sorta a Homophobic)

I've seen it all...

...I need a glass of scotch. nurse

i served in the Bristish army for the 1st the queens draggon guards as a tank driver and gunner.

It turns you from a boy to a man ( i know it sounds corny) but it does.

I know what you mean by that. I'm already in a Cadet Corps (NROTC - College Level) and I'll be getting my Commissioning in the USMC in about 2 to 3 years.

I just downloaded Eliminate Pro, it's a FREE multiplayer only FPS that runs on 3G or WIFI, it's pretty good. Give it a try!

The Apple iPad is only a bigger version of the iPod touch it has nothing different. There's no camera on it like the iPod touch, you can't download flash player video's like the iPod touch, it's only a bigger screen version of the iPod touch so the iPad really isn't worth buying because it's just a freaking enormous iPod.

Agreed, Apple's decision to block flash is idiocy. I have an iPhone, and there is no way I would shell out $500 for a bigger screen on a device that cant do the things that my iPhone already does.

It is a little bit more then just a iPod. It is a Tablet PC. It will have iWork for Presentations and other Office Needs. It can connect to a 3G network (Depends on Model).

I wouldn't start criticizing it until you've tried it at an Apple Store. I can tell you now, that it is different then an iPod Touch or iPhone.

Can it make calls? no. But one thing I may consider is if it can connect to the University of Phoenix online classrooms. That is the entire reason I got an iPhone, because it is the only smartphone that can connect to UoP, I guess they made an exclusive deal or something? IDK, if it can, I would consider it much more, but only with the following question cleared up:

Which model does 3G and how much does it cost, cuz I would have to have 3G support, but how would this work without AT&T?

Thanks for the reply, I had just assumed that it would not have 3G since it was not a phone.

The iPad looks like an iPod on steroids. No flash for internet browser = Not buying it. 499$ is way too much anyways.

It is just that...it has all the same features except I just found out on the news now that you can by the 3g network with it for a $130 bucks more though, plus the screen and keyboard for it are so big you cant just use your thumbs so you have to set it down and try to type with it while its curved like and iPod which makes it very wobbly and makes typing a pain so this thing I don't really thing is worth buying at all because what good is 3G if you can't use it to watch Flash Player Videos and only have the capabilities of an iPod touch...
