Oh what the bloody hell... if IW is going to step their arse's up and make a Call of Duty MMO, then I am Gosh Bloody happy. MW3 would just ruin the hype that the Modern Warfare Series still embraces.

If it's a good game, I'll play it regardless of who the dev is.

As for a CoD MMO....not my thing. They've already got the infrastructure started with IW.net though. I guess we'll see.

EDIT: I know what it stands for, but what does it do exactly? Is it kinda like MAG?

Yep. It's basically any game that can hold a "massive" amount of players simultaneously. The most popular would be World of Warcraft.

An MMO can be any sub-genre though, from FPS to RPG.

yea i would play any CoD game no matter who made it becasue I just love the series and i have every Console ver. even the exclusives Smile and now CoD Classic for PS3 Smile so that makes it compleat? :S

MaTtKs makes an excellent point. Maybe IW knew that IW.net would upset players with its server shenanigans, but thought it would be worth it, because they got a shiny new server system that could run MMOs out of it... I think that IW got IW.net only because an MMO was in there plans the entire time.
