Greasemonkey - Allows you to customize the way a webpage displays using small bits of JavaScript.

Hundreds of scripts, for a wide variety of popular sites, are already available at http://userscripts.org.

Awesome post man I'll add some of these to mine but one thing I hate is that ever since the last update I have to punch in my passwords and usernames to most of the sites I visit.

Linkification-Click

Pretty much makes links clickable. Really useful for Xbox Forums etc.

If you listen to music while surfing the t'interwebz this is a good one.

Fire.FM

This addon goes on the bottom right hand corner of your firefox browser. It can update a tweet in a matter of seconds. I hope you like it!

TwitterFox is my favorite FireFox add-on. Makes managing Twitter updates and posting tweets so easy.

I also like changing the color of my browser to fit my mood with the AnyColor add-on.
