Could some1 please explain to me why PPL call me a noob for using the MP5! i just dont get it!!

Lol, people are saying the the MP5 is now a noob gun? What ever happened to people calling the P90 and the M16 a noob gun?

It is an overpowered weapon like the M16. I don't care if people use it since I just pull mine out, but considering there is basically no weakness to the weapon I would call it somewhat of a noob gun. I can beat most people across the map with it even, drop juggernauts with a few shots while I am using UAV jammer in core deathmatch, etc.

It also has little to no recoil with the red dot and using that with juggernaut on a good connection makes you almost untouchable (I watching 4 people shooting at one guy using this while the guy with the mp5 was just doing jump shots and drop shots all over the place because he was one of the few people in the room with a full connection and the other people couldn't kill him due to lag.

Agree with you on everything except the M16. The M16 is REALISTIC, the MP5 is OVERPOWERED. It fires 9x19mm rounds, which is a pistol caliber round. By comparison, the AK-74u fires a 5.45x39mm round, which is somewhere in between sub-machine gun rounds and assault rifle rounds. In-game, they do similar damage. How does that work?

No gun is a Noob gun... not even the MP40 in WaW. I've gone toe to toe with these "noob" gun users and won time after time. Its just a matter of timing, aiming, and placement... Smile

Well there are no noob guns, just experienced players complaining about noobs using them : p

Seriously though the MP5 does in fact take some skill to get a kill. With a silencer at and beyond medium range it can be pretty tricky to fire accurately. With just an RDS tho the MP5 is pretty easy to learn how to use. I wouldnt say its a noob gun, but the M16 is still to me at least a noob gun... Just cant trust a one shot gun, though it will always have a custom slot.. :p

there is no way the MP5 is a "noob" gun. most of the people use it, and people that always die from it are just looking for an excuse to make themselves not look bad.

What do I think?

I think people are full of crap. As long as you play with what the game gives you (perks and all), then you're fine. If people can't handle it then they shouldn't be playing it.
