i agree in a lot of ways but yet sometimes i wish to talk to the friends who are playing a different game or a different playlist that im not playing.

I agree with the reasons behind it but get frustrated when I cant talk to my friends who are playing different games. That is my biggest complaint. I like the idea that they are trying to stop the cheating. I am 100% behind that. They cant make everyone happy i suppose and limiting cheating is higher up on the priority list.

I agree with it to some extent. I like that its disabled in S&D.....but i dislike that its disabled for game modes like TDM. its so dumb. Whoever decided to disable it for Core TDM ext needs to lose their job at IW. It was a dumb move on their part.

No its a garbage idea. If your playing clan matches then yeah. But normal games you should choose because i wanna talk to my friends and NO OFFENCE the french mumbo jumbo is just damn annoying

x2 Well said. I'll also add that it's completely ridiculous to allow Party Chat in Merc TDM (where you WILL be put on opposite teams often) and not allow it in Core TDM (where you will stay on the same team as the friends you joined with) WTF? Common sense seems to be not that common at IW.

Either way, as far as I'm concerned, Party Chat has nothing to do with the game I'm playing. It's an added benefit of being a Gold member of Xbox LIVE that has been taken away by a 3rd party game. This is a FAIL on Microsoft's part for allowing the blocking of Party Chat by a 3rd party just as much as it's a FAIL on IW's part for actually blocking it.

i agree about the third party and them not having right but this disables people from cheating in certain playlist. so i agree, but i also disagree.

I honestly don't see why they didn't spend some of their hundreds of millions of dollars to develop something that doesn't allow people in the same party to play together in the same game on separate teams. Would have stopped the cheating and let users enjoy their games peacefully without having to mute an entire room.

The muting before all the game starts takes away valuable time sorting out your classes and thats a bug.
