Do you guys like this better than the original version of HQ in other COD games? I find myself having a love/hate feeling for it. A couple of things they changed kinda make it worse IMO. First of all, the points for capping the HQ are now awarded to the first person on the HQ instead of the last person on it who may have been the one who capped it. Also it randomly awards the points to one of the players on it even if they were the first one on it if multiple teammates are on it before the countdown allows the player to cap t. Also I do not know why they lowered the score to win from 250 to 200. This allows camping opponents who never come within a football field of any HQ to get more points via kills to feel validated when they are losted higher on the end game leader board because the winning team often arent awarded as many points. Thoughts?

i don´t play that much objective based games or HQ pro anymore, coz it seems i´m always the only one who is trying to capture any HQ or flag or whatever...

Yeah, I wont play unless i have a team of at least five. I have a good group of guys I usually play with who all aggressively play for the win so it tens to work out in my favor most of the time. They have helped me get my 4.17 W/L ratio

I never noticed how the points were given out from a capture. I will say that I really like the fact that the HQ is shown for a period of time before it can be capped. That gives both teams a chance to make it to the location and put up a fair fight.

I like that aspect as well. It prevents being spawn screwed. I just wish the mechanics of the HQ itself were ironed out. The capture bar sometimes resets randomly while capping and I already touched on the weird way the capture points are assigned.

Yeah im glad someone has shed some light on the HQ points thingy as many a time i have thought i was there and captured it only to see the points go to someone else

I still dont understand why everyone who is on the HQ when it caps cant receive some points.
