If I'm not mistaken, firevice actually tested this in a private match and the EMP did not deactivate the Tactical Nuke.

Correct, my friend called the nuke in, I called my EMP in and it wasn't stopped.
However, if you call in an EMP before they call in the nuke, it wont be able to be used until their electronics come back online.

I am dissapointed that IW decided to make it like this because that would make it at least somewhat balanced.
