I never had any complaints about party chat in Team Deathmatch, and I've never known anyone who has. I really hope it gets changed. I liked being able to pop into a party while my friends were in a match and let them know I wanted to get in the next match. Now it's just an annoying hassle for no reason. Bring back Party Chat to TDM IW! wall

While it would be a lot more convenient if I didn't have to Super Mute everyone that I run into, I haven't really had a problem with the chat restrictions thus far. But yea, it's not really necessary in TDM given there is no respawn timer.

I totally agree! I don't want to talk to strangers, dognabbit! I want to talk only with my friends. But I guess this will help me become more of a team player lol. I need to work on my comebacks too. I'm shy and when someone yells at me, I get all red in the face cause I have nothing to say or come back with! It's terrible. Mad

Oooo, I can help you there. Are we going for a hurtful comeback? Nast comeback? Funny?

You could always go with a violent comeback as well. That usually bags a laugh and gets the point across. Go with something along the lines of "ripping your face off".

Seriously, the best way to shut them up is to go 25-3 in TDM. Some well placed missles, a couple Harriers, and maybe even a Stealth Bomber should get you there Smile Then they won't have anything to say to you, except "wow, this kid's good!!" Good luck. Let's play some time!

All you need to do is go into private chat with a friend-Infinity Ward forgot that the xbox still has chat after the new update.

If you're a good player the only comeback you ever need is..."I can't hear you from the top of the leaderboard" or something along those lines just to let them know they are below you and should check there mouth before opening it.

yes, i can be mean and hurtful at times. Very Happy

Love the fact you can't be in party chat tbh. I play a sneaky turd with Cold Blooded+Ninja+silenced weapon. If i've just snuck up on their whole team, i don't want the first guy i popped to shout "OMG BEHIND US!" so i catch a full team's bullets in the face. When you're dead, you're unable to speak, makes sense!

Only that has nothing to do with TDM. You respawn immediately.

I think the party chat thing is one of my biggest complaints. If im in a match and someone invites me to a party i have to wait till the end of the match. i cant pop in a party with my friends that are usually playing a completely different game.

omg yea! yelling, singing, being idiots! and some of them are a lot older than 9. Pretty sadwhen I have to go through and mute everyyyyone.

I don't want to restrict chat to friends only cuz there are some people out there who are cool. Most of the people on my friends list are people I met in game and had a good time with.
